WEB · E-COMMERCE

An online shop that sells, not one that just lists products

Shoppers abandon a store for small reasons: a slow page, a vague delivery cost, a checkout that asks too much. We build online shops that remove those reasons and keep the back office simple to run.

Where online shops lose sales

In e-commerce, the details decide the sale. Product photos that do not show scale. Descriptions copied from the supplier. Shipping costs revealed only at the final step. A mobile checkout that needs an account and eleven fields. Each one costs orders, and together they can make a well-stocked shop look unconvincing.

We design shops from the buyer’s side first: how they find a product, what they need to know before buying and how quickly they can pay. Then we look after the parts customers never see but that decide whether the shop is workable: stock levels, order handling, payment and shipping integrations, VAT settings, and the product feed that drives Google Shopping and Meta catalogue ads.

Shipping, stock and tax

Delivery zones and rates, stock management and VAT settings configured and tested before launch.

Product feeds

Clean product data feeds for Google Merchant Center and Meta catalogues, ready for Shopping and catalogue advertising.

Tracking and email

Purchase tracking set up correctly, plus basic automated emails such as order confirmation and abandoned basket reminders.

AI AT WORK

Where AI does the work

AI DOES

  • Writes first drafts of product descriptions and attributes from supplier data and your notes, at catalogue scale
  • Checks the product feed for missing fields, inconsistent titles and errors that would block Shopping listings
  • Analyses behaviour data after launch to show where shoppers drop out between product page and payment

YOUR SPECIALIST DECIDES

  • Your director agrees range priorities, margins and launch scope with you
  • An editor reviews product copy, especially claims about materials, sizes and safety
  • A developer decides the platform set-up and integrations, and you approve the store before launch

  4. 04LaunchGo-live with redirects from any previous shop, a check of the first live orders and training for your team.
  5. 05ImproveMonthly review of where sales are lost, with prioritised fixes and a plain-English statement of results.

HOW WE MEASURE

How we measure it

We report on sales and the steps that lead to them, so it is clear where the shop is working and where it is not.

  • Revenue, orders and average order value, by traffic source
  • Conversion rate and drop-off at each checkout step
  • Feed health: products approved and active in Google Merchant Center

Is this right for you?

  • You are opening an online shop or moving from a platform that no longer fits
  • Your shop gets traffic but too few completed orders
  • You plan to advertise on Google Shopping or Meta and need clean product data

An indication, not a quote.

Questions we are asked

Shopify or WooCommerce: which is better for my shop?

Neither is better in general. Shopify is usually simpler to run, with hosting, security and updates handled for you, which suits most growing shops. WooCommerce, on WordPress, gives more control and suits businesses with heavy content or unusual requirements. We compare the two against your range, integrations and running costs and give you a written recommendation.

Can you move our existing shop to a new platform?

Yes. A migration covers products, customers and order history where the platforms allow, plus redirects from old product and category addresses so search visibility and saved links are protected. We test the new shop with real orders before switching over, and check search performance and feed status closely in the weeks after launch.

Do you write product descriptions?

Yes. For large catalogues, AI produces first drafts from supplier data and your notes, which makes the work affordable at scale. Every description is then reviewed by an editor, who checks facts such as materials, dimensions and care instructions and adjusts the tone to your brand. Claims you cannot support are removed rather than published.

Will the shop work with Google Shopping?

Yes. We build a clean product feed for Google Merchant Center as part of the project, with the titles, attributes, images and identifiers Google expects. That gives your Shopping campaigns a sound foundation. If you would like us to run the advertising as well, our Google Shopping service picks up from there.
