ADVERTISING · GOOGLE SHOPPING

Put the right products in front of people ready to buy

We fix your product feed, keep Merchant Center healthy and run Shopping campaigns that put budget behind the products with the strongest margins.

Shopping campaigns live or die by the feed

With Google Shopping you do not choose keywords. Google decides when to show your products based on the information in your product feed: titles, descriptions, categories, prices, images and availability. A weak feed means your products appear for the wrong searches, or not at all.

So we start with the feed. We rewrite titles to match how people search, fill missing attributes, fix disapprovals in Merchant Center and make sure prices and stock stay in sync with your shop. Then we build campaigns that group products by margin, price point and performance, so a top seller with thin margins does not swallow the budget meant for your most profitable lines.

We work with Standard Shopping and Performance Max, and with feeds from Shopify, WooCommerce and most other e-commerce platforms.

What’s included

Feed audit and optimisation

Titles, descriptions, product types, identifiers and images improved so products match real searches and meet Google’s requirements.

Merchant Center health

Monitoring of disapprovals, warnings and account issues, with fixes applied before they reduce your visibility.

Margin-led campaign structure

Products grouped by margin, price and performance, with separate targets for each group.

Custom labels

Labels for margin bands, seasonality, top sellers and clearance lines, so bidding can treat them differently.

Promotions and free listings

Merchant promotions, product ratings where eligible and free listings managed alongside paid campaigns.

AI AT WORK

Where AI does the work

AI DOES

  • Rewrites product titles and descriptions in bulk from your catalogue data, for a person to check
  • Scans Merchant Center every day and flags new disapprovals, price mismatches and stock errors
  • Identifies products that spend without selling and products that sell but lack budget

YOUR SPECIALIST DECIDES

  • Your specialist approves every feed change before it goes live
  • Margin bands, priorities and seasonal pushes are agreed with you
  • Decisions to exclude products or change return targets are made by a person, with the reason recorded

  3. 03Restructure campaignsWe build campaigns by margin and performance group, with bidding set to your return targets.
  4. 04Optimise and reportWeekly product-level reviews, monthly plain-English statements, and seasonal plans agreed in advance.

HOW WE MEASURE

How we measure it

Shopping is measured on revenue and, where you share margin data, on profit. We report at product and category level so you can see which lines are earning their place.

  • Return on ad spend by product group
  • Profit after ad costs, where margins are shared
  • Share of products approved and serving
  • Revenue from top products against their budget share

Is this right for you?

  • You sell physical products online with a catalogue of more than a handful of lines
  • Your feed has disapprovals, missing data or generic titles
  • Your Shopping budget goes to top sellers regardless of margin
  • You can share margin or cost data so we can optimise for profit

An indication, not a quote.

Questions we are asked

What is a product feed?

A product feed is a file or data connection that sends your product information to Google Merchant Center: titles, descriptions, prices, images, availability, identifiers and categories. Google uses it to decide when to show your products in Shopping results. The quality of the feed has a direct effect on which searches you appear for and how many people click.

Why are some of our products disapproved?

Common reasons include missing identifiers such as GTINs, price or availability on the website not matching the feed, image problems, or content that breaches Google’s shopping policies. Merchant Center shows the reason for each issue. We check it daily, fix what can be fixed in the feed or on the site, and explain any policy limitations.

Should we use Performance Max or Standard Shopping?

Both have a place. Performance Max uses all of Google’s channels and automated bidding, which can work well with a strong feed and good conversion data. Standard Shopping gives more control over individual products and searches. Many retailers benefit from a mix, and we decide based on your catalogue, margins and data, then compare results.
