BRAND

A brand people recognise, wherever they meet you

Most businesses do not have a brand problem so much as a consistency problem. We create new brands, put existing ones in order and keep them that way, with one named director accountable for the work.

What a brand has to do for you

A brand earns its keep when a customer can tell it is you before they read the name: on a van, an invoice, a LinkedIn post or a checkout page. When the logo is stretched on one channel, the colours drift on another and the tone of voice changes with whoever wrote the last email, trust leaks away quietly.

Our brand work covers four situations: starting from nothing, sorting out a brand that has grown untidy, designing or redrawing a logo, and looking after a brand once it is live. AI handles the research, the variations and the checking at scale. A senior designer makes the creative decisions, and you sign off every one.

AI AT WORK

Where AI does the work

AI DOES

  • Gathers and summarises how competitors present themselves, so the brief starts from evidence rather than opinion
  • Produces wide rounds of early concepts and layout variations for a designer to sift
  • Audits your live channels for off-brand logos, colours and wording and lists every instance it finds

YOUR SPECIALIST DECIDES

  • Your director agrees the positioning and the brief with you
  • A designer chooses, refines and finishes every mark, typeface and colour decision
  • You approve each stage before anything goes public

Questions we are asked

Does Polignac use AI to design logos?

AI is used for research and for generating early variations quickly, so a designer can explore more directions in less time. It does not produce the final logo. A designer redraws and refines the chosen direction by hand, checks it at small sizes and in one colour, and you approve it. The finished files are original work prepared for your use.

What is the difference between a rebrand and a refresh?

A refresh keeps the core of the brand, such as the name and the recognisable shape of the logo, and tidies the details: colours, typefaces, spacing and how it is applied. A rebrand changes the brand more deeply, sometimes including the name or positioning. Many businesses need a refresh and a thorough clean-up of their touchpoints rather than a full rebrand.

Can you look after our brand after launch?

Yes. Brand guardianship covers guidelines your team can actually follow, ready-made templates for everyday materials, and scheduled checks across your website, social channels and advertising. When something drifts off-brand, we list it, explain the fix and either correct it ourselves or brief whoever owns that channel. One named director stays responsible throughout.
