BRAND · REBRANDING
Your brand looks different everywhere. Let's put it in order
Years of quick fixes leave most brands in several versions at once. A 360° rebrand finds every one of them, decides what the brand should be, and brings every touchpoint back into line.
When a brand has grown in different directions
It rarely happens on purpose. A new website goes live with a slightly different blue. Sales build their own slide template. Someone redraws the logo for a trade stand because the original file cannot be found. Five years later there are four logos in circulation, three email signatures and a social media profile that looks like a different company.
A rebrand is the moment to decide what the brand should be and then make it true everywhere. Sometimes that means a new identity. Often it means keeping what customers already recognise, tightening it, and doing the less glamorous work of replacing every outdated version. We do both parts, because a new logo that only reaches the website is not a rebrand.
What’s included
Touchpoint audit
An inventory of everywhere your brand appears: website, social profiles, ads, email, documents, packaging, signage, vehicles, uniforms and third-party listings, each marked current, outdated or wrong.
Brand review and recommendation
A written view on what to keep, what to change and what to retire, with the reasoning. We tell you if a refresh is enough.
Identity update
Redesign of the logo, palette, typography and supporting graphics to the agreed level, from a careful tidy-up to a new identity.
Messaging and tone
An updated positioning statement and tone of voice, with rewritten core copy such as the homepage, company boilerplate and email footers.
Rollout plan and delivery
A sequenced list of every item to replace, who owns it and when, then the production work itself for the items you assign to us.
Directory and listing clean-up
Updated logos and descriptions on Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, review sites and directories, so search results match the new brand.
AI AT WORK
Where AI does the work
AI DOES
- Crawls your website, social channels and public listings and catalogues every logo, colour and description it finds, with screenshots
- Groups the variants so you can see at a glance how many versions of the brand are in circulation
- Drafts updated copy for long lists of smaller items, such as listing descriptions and document footers, for a person to edit
YOUR SPECIALIST DECIDES
- Your director decides with you whether you need a refresh or a full rebrand
- A designer makes every identity decision and checks each finished application
- Your team approves the rollout order, so customer-facing items change first and nothing breaks
How we work
- 01AuditWe map every touchpoint and show you the findings in a single document, including the ones nobody remembered.
- 02DecideTogether we agree the scope in a written mandate: what changes, what stays, the budget and the measures of success.
- 03RedesignIdentity and messaging work to the agreed depth, presented on your real materials rather than in isolation.
- 04Roll outWe work through the rollout plan in priority order, ticking off each touchpoint, and report progress monthly in plain English.
- 05CheckA final sweep of every channel to catch anything missed, with a list of remaining items and who owns them.
HOW WE MEASURE
How we measure it
A rebrand succeeds when the old versions are gone and the new one is used correctly. We track that directly.
- Touchpoints updated against the total found in the audit
- Outdated logos or descriptions still live on third-party sites, tracked until resolved
- Any changes you choose to monitor, such as enquiry levels or branded search, compared with the period before launch
Is this right for you?
- Your logo, colours or tone vary noticeably between channels
- You have merged, changed direction or outgrown how you first presented yourself
- You want the rebrand delivered across every touchpoint, not just a new logo file
An indication, not a quote.
Questions we are asked
Will a rebrand lose the recognition we have built?
Not if it is handled carefully. We start by identifying what customers already recognise, such as a shape, a colour or a name, and protect it unless there is a good reason to change. Many rebrands are evolutions rather than replacements. We also manage the switchover across your website and search listings so that people looking for you still find you.
What does 360° rebranding actually cover?
Every place the brand appears, online and offline. That typically includes the website, social profiles, advertising, email signatures and templates, proposals and invoices, packaging, signage, vehicles and staff clothing, plus listings on Google, LinkedIn, review sites and directories. The audit produces the full list for your business, and the rollout plan assigns each item an owner and an order.
Does a rebrand affect our SEO?
It can, particularly if the domain, page addresses or company name change. Handled properly, with redirects, updated structured data and consistent business details across listings, search visibility is protected. We plan the website side of the rebrand with the same care as the design, and our SEO team checks the changes before and after they go live.
