Who we are
Polignac is the trading name of Programmatic Advertising Ltd, an independent agency based at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden. We have no holding group above us and no network targets to meet. The people you speak to are the people who decide.
The agency was founded in 2018 by Otis Ottmann-Polignac, who remains managing director. He brings 17 years’ experience as a Google Partner, and every new enquiry still reaches him directly. Polignac is a Google Partner and a Meta Business Partner.

Why we are AI-first
Much of agency work is repetitive: reading search-term reports, checking tracking, summarising a month of data. AI does this faster than a person. We use it there, so our specialists spend their time on judgement: what to change, what to stop, what to tell you.
We apply the same thinking for clients. We train teams to work with AI, and we build AI into websites, chatbots and CRMs. Many businesses want to start but lack the skills. Only 16% of UK businesses use AI, and 60% name limited skills as a barrier (DSIT AI Adoption Research, Jan 2026). Closing that gap is a large part of what we do.
How accountability works
AI drafts, sorts and flags. A person reviews every output before it reaches your accounts, your website or your customers. Nothing goes live because a tool suggested it.
Each client has one named director. Before anything launches, we agree a written mandate covering your objectives, your budget limits and what we will measure. Each month you receive a statement in plain English: what we spent, what it returned and what we will change next. When you write to us, you get an answer within one working day.
