Where should a small or mid-sized business start with AI?
Start with the tasks your people repeat every week and dislike: summarising, first drafts, sorting enquiries, reformatting data. Training a team on those real tasks usually shows value fastest. A strategy makes sense once you have more than two or three ideas competing for budget, or when leadership needs a single plan to approve.
Is it safe to use AI with our company data?
It can be, with the right tools and rules. Public consumer tools may use what you paste to improve their models, so personal data and confidential client information should stay out of them. Business versions with clear data terms, combined with a written usage policy and UK GDPR checks, make AI use far safer. We cover this in every engagement.
Will AI replace members of our team?
That is not how we approach it. We aim to remove the repetitive parts of a role so people spend more time on work that needs judgement, relationships and experience. Every process we redesign keeps a named person responsible for the outcome. Decisions about roles stay with you; our job is to make the work itself faster and more reliable.
