MARKETING · PERFORMANCE TRACKING
Know what every campaign returns, and trust the numbers
We set up and maintain the measurement behind your marketing, from tags and conversion events to offline sales, so decisions rest on figures you can trust.
Most marketing data has a problem somewhere
Conversions counted twice. Phone calls never recorded. Sales closed by your team that never make it back to the ad platform. A consent banner that quietly blocks half the data. Each of these is common, and each one pushes budget in the wrong direction.
Performance tracking fixes the measurement itself. We audit what you have, decide with you which actions matter, from a form submission to a signed contract, and set them up consistently across your website, analytics, ad platforms and CRM.
Then we keep it working. Websites change, tags break and platforms update their requirements. We check the data every day and tell you when something moves for a reason other than performance.
What’s included
Tracking audit
A review of your analytics, tag manager, ad platform conversions and CRM, with a written list of what is missing, duplicated or wrong.
Measurement plan
A short document defining every conversion that matters, its value and where it is recorded, agreed with you before set-up.
Implementation
Tags, conversion events, call tracking and enhanced or server-side set-up where appropriate, tested on every key page.
Consent and privacy
Tracking configured to respect your cookie consent choices and UK GDPR, with the limitations explained honestly.
Offline and CRM data
Sales and qualified leads from your CRM sent back to the ad platforms, so campaigns are judged on real business outcomes.
Reporting
A single dashboard with the figures your directors care about, and a monthly plain-English statement explaining them.
AI AT WORK
Where AI does the work
AI DOES
- Checks conversion and traffic data every morning and flags sudden drops, spikes or duplicates
- Compares totals between analytics, ad platforms and CRM and highlights where they disagree
- Drafts the monthly summary from the dashboard figures for a specialist to verify and rewrite
YOUR SPECIALIST DECIDES
- You and your director agree which conversions matter and what each is worth
- Our specialist investigates every alert and decides whether it is a tracking fault or a real change
- Attribution choices and their limitations are explained by a person, not hidden in a model

HOW WE MEASURE
How we measure it
Here we measure the measurement. The aim is complete, consistent data across your systems, and fewer surprises when figures are compared.
- Conversion actions tracked against the measurement plan
- Gap between CRM, analytics and ad platform totals
- Tracking faults found and time taken to fix them
- Share of revenue or leads attributed to a source
Is this right for you?
- Your platforms, analytics and CRM report very different numbers
- You spend meaningful sums on advertising and need to know what it returns
- Sales happen offline or by phone and never reach your ad accounts
- You are unsure whether your cookie consent set-up is affecting your data
An indication, not a quote.
Questions we are asked
Why do Google Ads, Meta and analytics all show different numbers?
Each platform counts in its own way. They use different attribution rules, time windows and definitions, and each tends to credit itself. Consent choices, ad blockers and broken tags widen the gaps. Some difference is normal; large or sudden differences usually mean a fault. We align definitions where possible and explain the remaining gaps clearly.
Can you track sales that happen offline or by phone?
In most cases, yes. Call tracking can record which campaign produced a phone call, and qualified leads or sales recorded in your CRM can be sent back to ad platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. This lets campaigns be optimised towards real business results rather than form submissions. It requires your team to record outcomes consistently.
How does cookie consent affect tracking?
When visitors decline cookies, some data cannot be collected in the usual way, so reports show fewer conversions than really happened. Platforms offer consent-aware features that model some of the missing data. We configure tracking to respect visitors’ choices and UK GDPR, set up those features where suitable, and tell you how much the gap affects your figures.
