MARKETING · LEAD GENERATION

More enquiries your sales team actually wants to call

We build the campaigns, landing pages and follow-up that bring in qualified leads, and we judge success by what your sales team does with them.

Volume is not the goal

A form fill is not a lead until someone on your team believes it could become business. Many campaigns look healthy on a dashboard and still leave salespeople chasing students, competitors and people who wanted something free.

We start from the other end. Before any money is spent we agree with your sales team what a good lead looks like: size, location, need, budget, timing. Everything else is built around that definition, from the audiences we target to the questions on the form and the speed of the first reply.

We work across the channels that suit your market, typically search, social and your own website, and connect them to your CRM so that every lead can be followed through to the outcome.

What’s included

Lead definition

A written agreement with your sales team on what counts as a qualified lead, an unqualified one and a sale, so everyone judges the same way.

Offer and landing pages

A clear reason to get in touch, such as a consultation, guide, check-up or quote, presented on fast, focused landing pages.

Multi-channel campaigns

Campaigns on the channels where your buyers actually look, with budgets weighted towards those producing qualified leads.

Qualifying forms and scoring

Forms that ask the right questions without putting people off, and scoring that ranks each enquiry by fit.

CRM connection and follow-up

Leads delivered straight to your CRM or inbox, with automated acknowledgement and nurture emails for those not ready to buy.

AI AT WORK

Where AI does the work

AI DOES

  • Scores each new enquiry against your lead definition and flags the strongest for a fast call
  • Drafts personalised first replies and nurture emails for your team to approve
  • Compares lead quality by campaign, keyword and audience each week and highlights where budget is wasted

YOUR SPECIALIST DECIDES

  • Your sales team and our director agree the lead definition and change it as the market shifts
  • Our specialist decides where to move budget, using lead quality and sales feedback, not just volume
  • Every message sent in your name is approved by a person before automation goes live

How we work

  1. 01DefineWe meet your sales team, agree the lead definition and record targets, budget limits and measures in the written mandate.
  2. 02BuildWe create the offer, landing pages, forms and tracking, and connect everything to your CRM.
  3. 03LaunchCampaigns go live on the agreed channels with conservative budgets while we check lead quality.
  4. 04Feed backYour sales team marks each lead’s outcome; we use that feedback to adjust targeting, offers and forms.
  5. 05ScaleBudget moves towards the campaigns producing qualified leads and sales, within the agreed limits.

HOW WE MEASURE

How we measure it

We report on leads by quality and outcome, not just by count. That depends on your sales team recording what happens to each enquiry, so we make that as quick as possible inside your CRM.

  • Qualified leads, by channel and campaign
  • Cost per qualified lead
  • Lead-to-sale conversion rate
  • Time to first response

Is this right for you?

  • You sell a service or considered purchase where a conversation comes before the sale
  • Your sales team can handle more enquiries and will give feedback on quality
  • You have a CRM, or are willing to set one up, so leads can be traced to outcomes
  • Current campaigns bring volume but too few good enquiries

An indication, not a quote.

Questions we are asked

What counts as a qualified lead?

That depends on your business, which is why we define it with your sales team before launch. A qualified lead usually matches your target customer on size, location and need, has a realistic budget and timescale, and has given accurate contact details. We write the definition into the mandate and judge every campaign against it, not against raw form fills.

Which channels do you use for lead generation?

We choose channels by where your buyers look and how they decide. For many businesses that means Google Ads search, Meta or LinkedIn campaigns, and the company’s own website and content. We start with a small number of channels, measure qualified leads from each, and only add more when the existing ones are working properly.

Do you guarantee a number of leads?

No. Lead numbers depend on your market, offer, budget and competition, and any agency promising a fixed number is guessing. What we do commit to is a clear lead definition, honest reporting by quality and cost, and a monthly plan for improving both. Indicative expectations are discussed openly before launch.
